lately: food at home

I'm sharing a few iPhone photos of what I've been eating at home lately. I don't go out to eat much as life has been busy. For salads I usually make a vinaigrette of dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and S&P. This time I added fresh grated garlic- completely delicious.
1. Japanese pickling eggplant, bell pepper, red onion, organic firm tofu, sauteed with black pepper teriyaki sauce & sesame oil.
2. Homegrown Rosa Bianca eggplant (my mother's garden).
3. Homegrown tomatoes, jasmine green tea with chia seeds.
